Will the Auto-Send Email option remove/delete the dictation from the server?
Hi,
No, the Auto-Send feature will not delete the dictation from the server. You will receive the audio file through an email, and then you can manage the dictations through the User Portal, which we see on the Third Day of the Live Sessions.

For Extension numbers, only numbers are allowed. You can create speed dials or custom applications to use codes with * or #.

What counts as a “call” in this context? I have a ring group with 20 extension (and 20 physical handsets). When an inbound call is ringing all 20, does that count as a single call? or 20? or zero? Thanks.
Calls are active calls on the system. When it is only ringing, there is still no active call in place. Only when there is communication between the two channels we would consider it a call in this scenario.
